Adam
The first man. God created Adam on the sixth day as described in Genesis 1:26. God identified Adam's need for a helper in Genesis 2:18. Adam sinned and fell in Genesis 3.
Eve

Cain
The first son of Adam and Eve, Cain was born in Genesis 4:1. Cain brought offerings of the fruit of the ground to the Lord instead of the animal offerings that God had apparently commanded. Anger over God's respect for his younger brother's offering and rejection of his offering led Cain to kill his younger brother Abel. Cain was spared the death penalty and settled in the land of Nod.

Seth
The third son of Adam and Eve, Seth was born in Genesis 4:19. Through Seth was the line of Messiah.
Enoch #1
The first Enoch is introduced in Genesis 4:17. Around this time the Cainitic civilization is also founded. This civilization apparently was a vibrant civilization but left God out. The civilization was eradicated in the flood and no traces of the civilization remain today.
Enoch #2
In sharp contrast to the first Enoch, the second Enoch came from the line of Seth. Enoch is introduced in Genesis 5:19. Methuselah was a descendent of Enoch after which Enoch's walk with God became so close that God took Enoch.
Noah
Noah was the Son of Lamech and is recorded as having found grace in the eye of the Lord in Genesis 6:8. Noah was charged with building ark through which God delivered Noah, together with his sons, wife, and son's wives from the flood.
